The chief de a main directorate for the development de the Society de the Information de the Ministry de Industry, Tourism and Commerce, David Cierco; the president de the delegation de Toledo, Jose Manuel Tdeiño; and the Mayr de Toledo, Emiliano Garci'a-Page, has inaugurated the “Days de Services Digital Public”, with whom the Ministry collaborates with the local organizations in its adaptation to the Law de electronic access de the citizens to the Services Public.
The days, that already have been celebrated in LŽHospitalet de Llobregat, Tarragona, River basin and Madrid, will cross a total de 20 Spanish cities during 2009, approaching the local citizenship, companies and administrations the use and the advantages to use the Technologies de the Information and the Communication in the managements with the Administration.
During the presentation, Cierco has announced that “stops to secure these objectives, from the Ministry de Industry, Tourism and Commerce have worked in the development de several solutions and computer science tools that will allow to the citizenship and the companies to realize telematics managements with their city council, being saved to them time and money”. Also, it has affirmed that “in the relation with his city council, the people will be able to be identified using an electronic company/signature, arranged keys, and even the electronic national identity document, being guaranteed in all the cases the confidentiality and privacy de his data”.
The main applications de the program Advance the Premises are LocalWeb, LocalGis, and SIGEM, as well as a module for the surrender Telematics de accounts from the city councils to the National Audit defice. These tools conform a platform oriented to the modernization and update de the local administrations. Through these solutions, the city councils will be able to create their own pages Web, that will serve to the citizenship as front door to the Services Digital Public. Among others data, detailed information referring to the municipality is defered, like register, cadastre, licenses de works, street guides, etc. In addition, will help to modernize and to digitize the traditional subsystems de registry, files and archives.
Surrender de accounts
The local organizations have the obligation to render accounts to the National Audit defice and in case the organization is located in the territorial scope de an independent community, also to an External Control unit (OCEx). In this sense, It advances the Premises incorporates a Platform de Surrender de Accounts, through which the local organizations will realize the proceeding by means de computer science support exclusively. The account is signed digitally by the president de the organization and it is sent telematicsly.
It advances the Premises in Toledo
This initiative tells on activities de formation and diffusion directed to the personnel de the local administrations and to its technological suppliers, that concentrate essentially in facilitating the knowledge for the correct use de the computer science applications. Also, It advances the Premises informs to the citizenship on the advantages de the electronic administration.
The formation sessions last de four days and will allow the qualified personnel de the city councils to acquire knowledge specialized in the tools and necessary applications so that once beginning, the citizenship can enjoy the Services Digital Public available in Spain. The formation days will give to beginning next day 20 de in center Social April Multipurpose Santamaría de Benquerencia, in the street River Bullaque, 24.
Also, the city will lodge from today an interactive exhibition under the motto “eAdministración, abierto 24 hours” that will remain in Toledo until next day 5 de April. In her all the information regarding the advantages and the use de the Technologies de the Information and the Communication (TIC) in the management de the proceedings is defered to the citizenship that realize with the Public Administration. The Plan Advances in Castille-La Mancha

The Avanza2 Plan
With a total budget de 1,500 million Euros for 2009, the Avanza2 Plan (2009-2012) confronts the challenge to obtain that the infrastructures and the connection to the Technologies de the Information and the Communication (TIC), contribute advantages more and more to the citizens. The Avanza2 Plan looks for in addition to contribute the future to the economic recovery de our country thanks to the use intensive and generalized de the TIC, impelling the enterprise development in sectors keys like the Internet de or the digital contents.
